Our shipping rates and options are applied if packages have a gross weight less than 1.0 kilogram (2.2 lbs.). Any order in excess of the maximum weight, We will contact the customer with email or phone to confirm the shipping method and corresponding charges. *The cost of shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is US$42 with weight less than 2.2 lbs. by Purolator Air economy class.

Powermega Technologies Inc is pleased to offer free shipping and delivery via the postal services to most parts of Canada and the United States of America, for each item that costs US$150 or above. We also do not charge Sales Tax for orders outside of Canada or in any states of America. If your location (outside of the North American Continent) is not covered by our free shipping service, we will contact you by e-mail to confirm the shipping method and cost.
Depending on your location, it may take 1 to 2 weeks from date of shipment for delivery by postal services. If you need your order delivered faster, you can select
Purolator Priority courier service. If freight charges is higher than these default figures we will contact you by e-mail to confirm price and shipping method.
To determine when the orders will arrive you must consider the availability of the item and the shipping option that you've selected. Most of the items we carry are in stock and will ship on the same day that you place the order before 2:00PM PST or will ship on the next business day.
All transactions from United States and International are in US Funds; customers who use American Express Credit Card will be charged in Canadian Funds. All credit card payments and purchases will be processed via Global Payments. All Canadian customers will only be charged credit cards in Canadian Fund with official US exchange rate unless special order instructions are requested.
Powermega Technologies Inc is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Orders received before 2:00PM PST will be processed on the same day. Orders received after hours, on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Powermega Technologies Inc warrants its battery packs to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions, as follows:
During the first thirty (30) days from date of purchase, Powermega Technologies Inc will repair or replace the defective battery pack.
After thirty (30) days, and up to one (1) year from the date of purchase, Powermega Technologies Inc will, subject to inspection, repair the defective battery pack, or replace it with a reconditioned unit
and /or give a pro-rated credit towards a new battery. If refund is
demanded for any defective item, the amount of refund will be pro-rated
by a period of 1 year from the date of purchase less $10 handling
charge. The return must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number which to be issued upon request and must be shipped prepaid. A shipping
credit will be extended to the customer in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed.
Cell capacity depletion due to regular use is not covered by our warranty. A battery pack that can still hold
eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal and would thus not be subject to replacement.
Warranty is void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or abused in any way, or if the label and/or bar coded warranty label has been removed or tampered with.
Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the battery pack was originally purchased.
All returns are for credit only and must be made within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. Powermega Technologies Inc reserves the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.
The warranty does not extend to the electronic equipment that is used or which incorporates with any of our products and accessories. Powermega Technologies Inc shall not be held responsible for the improper use of its products.
It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If, for any reasons, you are not satisfied with our product, return the product(s) to us within 15 days and we will refund the full product price (no shipping cost will be refunded
or reimbursed and non-negotiable in any circumstances).
