• All returns are for credit only and must be made within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. Powermega Technologies Inc reserves the right to charge a twenty-five dollars ($25) restocking fee and shipping cost will be deducted.
• It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, return the product(s) to us within 15 days and we will refund the full product price, no shipping cost will be refunded.
• Prior to returning a product, you have to fill up a RMA form with all the necessary information and submit for requesting a RMA number. Some customers may have to download this RMA formif browser is not supported electronic form submission and fax the form to our RMA Department at 604-232-5575 or email to rma@powermega.com for a RMA number.

Limited Warranty

Powermega Technologies Inc warrants its battery packs to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions, as follows:

• Non-Canadian customers ship by POSTAL SERVICES only. Duty and brokerage fees for returning are not covered but at customer's cost.
• During the first thirty (30) days from date of purchase, Powermega Technologies Inc will repair or replace the defective battery pack.
• After thirty (30) days, and up to one (1) year from date of purchase, Powermega Technologies Inc will, subject to inspection, repair the defective battery pack, or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. The return must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number which to be issued upon request and must be shipped prepaid. A shipping rebate will be extended to the customer in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed.
• Cell capacity depletion due to regular use is not covered by our warranty. A battery pack that can still hold sixty percent (60%) of its original capacity after six months is considered normal and would thus not be subject to replacement.
• Warranty is void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or abused in any way, or if the label and/or bar coded warranty label has been removed or tampered with.
• Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the battery pack was originally purchased.

The warranty does not extend to the electronic equipment that is used or which incorporates with any of our products and accessories. Powermega Technologies Inc shall not be held responsible for the improper use of its products.
